ITLN reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Each user is obliged by the current Privacy Policy located at http://itln.pl/en/privacy.aspx.

Any changes introduced to the Policy do not affect the basic principle: ITLN does not provide or sell any personal data or email addresses of our customers and users to any third parties.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not visit the site and do not purchase products and services offered by ITLN.

Personal data

When using the site you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information by filling out a form or in an other way. In most cases you will be asked about your name, phone number or e-mail address. In case of order forms, you will be asked to provide more personal information.

We require only the data that is necessary to operate the site. Refusal to provide the required data will block the related feature.

Free newsletter subscription

In order to subscribe to free newsletters belonging to ITLN, you must enter your first name and e-mail address in the appropriate form. These fields are mandatory.

The data obtained in this way is added to our mailing list. The e-mail address is necessary to send the newsletter to the reader. The name allows us to address the readers by name.

Ordering services and products

Ordering services and products offered by ITLN requires you to provide more personal information in the appropriate form. Mandatory fields are marked.

In case of credit card or electronic transfer payment, eCard takes care of the whole process. Only the eCard system knows and is responsible for the data given in the forms. ECard forms are on its server and are encrypted with appropriate technologies.

Unsolicited messages

ITLN reserves the right to send unsolicited messages to the people whose contact information it posseses and who agreed to the Privacy Policy.

The "unsolicited messages" term is interpreted as such information that refers directly to ITLN's sites, services, and products (e.g. changes, internal promotions), as well as non-commercial letters (e.g. greetings, personal comments, etc.).

Explicit Personal Data

Personal data provided on the site while posting comments to articles, replies in the forum, etc., are visible for all visitors to the pages containing the data. ITLN is not possible to protect you from individuals or companies who use these data to send you unsolicited information. This data is therefore not subject to the Privacy Policy.


Some areas of the sites belonging to ITLN may use cookies, which are small text files sent to a computer, identifying it as necessary to make a particular operation faster or easier. Cookies are harmless to the computer, the user and his data. It is required to accept cookies by the browser and keeping them on disk.
